What To Expect

A friendly greeting from one of our professional staff members. Immediately we try to get your car, truck, or SUV on the hoist for a no cost, no obligation estimate. This happens usually within the first 5 minutes. From time to time there may be a short waiting period. Usually 15 minutes or less. If there is going to be a short wait, you will be given an approximate and accurate time frame. We quickly and efficiently inspect your car, showing you any of the problems if you wish to see them. We then let you know the exact cost to fix your vehicle and give you an approximate time frame in which we can do it. The inspection and price quote usually take less than 5 minutes. Should you want us to fix your car, truck, or SUV, we will do it on the spot, usually in about as much time as it takes you to enjoy a free, fresh cup of our coffee and do the paperwork.
